FIITJEE, the premier institute in India for IITJEE coaching, recently announced the launch of 4 World Schools in Hyderabad at S R Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Narayanguda and Secunderabad. These World Schools will be affiliated to SSC Board of AP (till class 10) and the Inter Board (classes 11 and 12), while simultaneously allowing students to acquire an International Baccalaureate (IB), which is useful when applying for admission to US universities.

In a seminar titled ‘Optimum Success’ at Birla Planetarium and Science Center, D. K. Goel, Chairman, FIITJEE, said, “FIITJEE World School, launched under the aegis of a non-profit venture called FIITJEE Foundation for Education Research and Training, is a consolidation of our proven expertise in handling student education needs - right from basic schooling to preparing them for the best in the world in terms of higher education opportunities.” According to Goel, this idea was further strengthened by the expectations of students and parents across the country. These expectations were uncovered during a comprehensive study conducted by FIITJEE Foundation for Education Research and Training, which focused on academically sound students who had the potential to reach the acme of academic achievement.

Thus, as he said, these world schools will prepare students for all scholastic and competitive exams required for admission to colleges in the US.

It will also focus on Advanced Placement Tests (US Collage Board), SAT-II subject tests (US Collage Board), SATI and TOEFL. He further added, “We are aiming to provide a platform to students for truly global career, yet grounding them in solid Indian value systems.”
