FIITJEE is a pioneer institute for IIT JEE preparation. An estimated 20000 students undertake distance education programs of FIITJEE. RECRUITMENT PROCESS

General

It is proposed to conduct the process of recruitment of suitable faculties in the IITs because FIITJEE feels that these are the breading grounds for students with exceptional abilities. While FIITJEE aims to compensate the deserving candidates comparable with the best in the industry, it is determinedly focused not to compromise on the quality of manpower intake since the selected ones would have a long road of achievements ahead well supported by FIITJEE. The sole purpose of personal interaction with the IITians is to drive home the points that we look for " Exceptional Achievers" and not "Averagers".

Eligibility
The eligibility conditions are as under :-

(a) Minimum Qualification - B. Tech from any IIT or IT BHU or ISM Dhanbad
(b) Age - No restrictions but in case of people involved in core teaching, they should preferably be below the age of 30 years. However, in case of those with longer experience in proven academic, administrative and managerial capabilities, higher age group may also be considered.


Recruitment Procedure

Phase - I . At your Institute to include :-

* Presentation, Interaction, PPT (Pre Placement Talk)
* Written Test consisting of IQ test and Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics based on IITJEE syllabus
* Group Discussion/Presentation by Candidates
* Interview

Phase - II. At FIITJEE Corporate Office Delhi

* Model Lecture by the candidates on one of the topic selected by the Senior Faculty out of two topics given for preparation. The parameters for evaluation would include general appearance, proficiency in communication, quality of presentation, teaching ability, conceptual strength in the subject and responses to questions raised.
* Final Interview

Offer letter to finally selected candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Phase - I , CGPA & extra curricular activities records will be called at FIITJEE office at Delhi .

In the field of formal education it has tied up with around 20 schools all over India for teaching along with the school faculty. REMUNERATION

Salary packages offered at FIITJEE are undoubtedly the best in the country among structured institutions/organizations. The packages given below are as per one's professional qualifications and academic achievements.

On the basis of following parameters candidates will be assigned faculty grade A, B, or C :-
(a) CGPA at the IIT
(b) Extra curricular achievements
(c) Performance in FIITJEE selection process ( i.e. written test, GD, Model Lecture & Interview)
(d) Marks in 10th & 12th Board Exams.

(a) Faculty Grade A : On confirmation Rs 14 Lakh p.a. After 2 years of confirmed service 24 Lakhs p.a.
(b) Faculty Grade B: On confirmatiion Rs 11 Lakhs p.a. After 2 years of confirmed service Rs 18 Lakhs p.a..
(c) Faculty Grade C: On confirmatiion Rs 8 Lakhs p.a. After 2 years of confirmed service Rs 14 Lakhs p.a.

The above compensation is further value added with a salary system which is driven by performance-linked rewards, bonus, gratuity and other benefits announced from time to time. The salary packages have been designed to attract the best talent and shall in no way be a limiting factor for deserving candidates.
